One Disneyland Park ticket will be given to each attendee at the end of the final General Session on September 22. You must attend the full General Session and wear your badge to receive your ticket. The ticket is only valid for admittance to Disneyland Park on the evening of September 22.

The dress code during CoNexion functions is business casual; however, please remember to bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures may vary in conference rooms.

You bet! Just like your business, CoNexion evolves yearly to meet your ever-changing needs. This year’s CoNexion is better than ever and will showcase engaging workshops, dynamic industry leaders and surprises.

You can register through September 7, 2022, or until the conference fills to capacity, whichever comes first. Please know that rooms at the conference hotel may fill before this date, so it’s best to register and book as early as possible.

CoNexion 2022 will be at full capacity; therefore, we won’t be allowing guests to attend official CoNexion functions to ensure that we have space for as many Nexion advisors as possible.

The conference registration fee covers your basic conference attendance fee, all workshops, general sessions and supplier round-robins. It also allows access to the Supplier Partner Trade Show, as well as the Welcome Party on September 20.

Yes! In order to participate in any workshop, general session or special event, including meal functions, you must be registered. Workshops and supplier round-robin registration will open in August. An email will be sent to you when it is time to register.

You may log back into the registration system using your confirmation number and make modifications until September 9, 2022. If you no longer have your confirmation number, click on REGISTER and then click on the “Already Registered?” link.

The Disneyland Hotel is in the heart of the Disneyland Resort. The closest airport is the John Wayne/Orange County airport (SNA – 15 miles away); however, the Los Angeles airport (LAX – 40 miles away) is also an option. Please see the Travel Info Page for more information.

Car discounts are available. Please visit our preferred rental car providers in myNexion for discount codes. For those who do not wish to rent a car, please visit the Travel Info Page and scroll down to Parking & Transportation.

The onsite Overnight Self-Parking is discounted at $15/night for CoNexion attendees.

No voucher/ticket will be needed to park your vehicle onsite. The parking team has been advised of the CoNexion conference and the contracted rate. If you are driving in for the day (or each day), you will want to let the Cast Member at the parking kiosk know you are with CoNexion to receive the special rate. If you are staying overnight at the hotel for the conference, you should have no issues and should not have to alert the parking kiosk. Disney has shared this rate for the room block reservations to the Front Desk and your hotel key will allow you to enter/exit the parking lot as needed.

Of course! There is a welcome reception exclusively for registered CoNexion advisors on September 20. On September 22, each Nexion Advisor who attends the full final General Session and is wearing their badge will receive one ticket to enjoy the rest of the evening at Disneyland Park! This ticket is only valid for the evening of September 22 and will be distributed after the final General Session ends.

The Welcome Party will be at the Disneyland Hotel. If you plan to visit Disneyland Park after the final General Session, it is a short walk from Disneyland Hotel to the Disneyland Park.
